The Cedar Ridge residence sits on a steep Front Range lot. Ridgeform coordinated excavation, foundation, framing, and exterior envelope so the home could open to views without weather leaks.
We worked from a fixed bid set with weekly owner walkthroughs. Long-lead windows arrived on schedule because we ordered during preconstruction.
